WCU-OC Honors November 2016 BSN Graduates

One of the largest classes to date celebrated their bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) pinning at West Coast University-Orange County in November. More than 600 guests honored 111 WCU-OC BSN graduates in Cerritos, California.

Graduate and California Student Nursing Association president Emily Navales was the class speaker. Her advice to WCU students or future students is to “really indulge in academics.”

“School is what you make of it so being engaged, participating as much as you can in leadership roles, becoming a speaker or doing any extra clubs that you can to just really improve yourself professionally,” Navales added. “That’s what helped me personally grow and I think it gave me the experience I needed to also work while I was going to school.”
