Career-Focused Core Curriculum
The online programs at WCU cater to both the working professional and the full-time student. Our accredited online nursing and healthcare programs offer a complete online degree or certificate that includes interactive digital classrooms as well as scholarships and internships for eligible students.
The classes are taught by highly-qualified instructors with professional healthcare experience and extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry at various levels, including nursing, administration, leadership, and information technology. As you learn from them, you also receive dedicated support from our student support services which include a wide variety of resources, including networking and volunteer opportunities, career planning, one-on-one support from a designated Student Success Advisor, and a no-cost tutoring and writing center.
WCU is also institutionally accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)1 and all of our nursing degree programs are programmatically accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).2
Together, they support the comprehensive education that WCU has offered current and prospective healthcare professionals for over 100 years.
