West Coast University’s dental hygiene program celebrated the pinning of the 11th cohort. The pinning ceremony was an opportunity for family and friends to celebrate the achievements of the 18 students. It was also a time for the students to look back on the program and the time they shared with their peers. A special slide show helped remind everyone of the fond moment shared between the class.
The pinning also featured a traditional reading of the dental hygiene pledge and a telling of the history of dental hygiene. The ceremony also recognized students that had earned rewards and recognition for outstanding performance during the dental hygiene program. For photos from the ceremony see the Facebook album here.
