West Coast University graduates from all California campuses and online programs gathered to celebrate the Summer 2022 commencement this July at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
More than 800 graduates crossed the stage to receive their diplomas in front of thousands of loved ones, in a ceremony proceeded over by WCU Co-Presidents Ward Ulmer and Bill Sanderson. As keynote speaker, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Levi Harrison shared an emotional message to encourage and celebrate the graduates for becoming healthcare heroes. The ceremony also featured two WCU Alumni, with 2019 BSDH and 2021MHA 21 grad Kevin Lopez singing the national anthem, and Brittney Ayers (BSN ’16, MSN ’19, DNP ’21), who welcomed the newest graduates to the Alumni network.
