WCU-Dallas Mixes Fun With Business at Career Carnival

Posted on 11/08/2017

The WCU-Dallas Career Services team invited students to "step right up" and Get F.I.T. — flexible, inspired and team-oriented — at a carnival-style resource fair and networking event.

“My classmates and I had a lot of fun and can’t wait for the next Career Services event," WCU-Dallas nursing student Jocelyn Almaraz said. "We felt like we were at an actual carnival.“

Students flocked to the fun photo booth and enjoyed a game of mini-bowling while snacking on the provided cotton candy and popcorn. Representatives from HCA-Medical City and The Breast Cancer Foundations were available on-site for students to network with for employment and volunteer opportunities.
