Office of the President - Sandra Pham

Sandra Pham is the co-president and CEO of University and Business Operations. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight of the University campuses and overseeing all business functions including finance, information technology, legal, marketing, financial aid and admissions.  Sandra collaborates with others on operational initiatives to support achieving the institution’s vision and mission.

Previously, Sandra worked in healthcare, most recently in a variety of leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente.  Her roles include CFO for Finance Operations and Vice President of Finance for the real estate portfolio where she had financial oversight of the organization’s  multi-billion dollar annual capital program.

Sandra serves on several boards.  Sandra is a visiting scholar in the Yale Healthcare Leadership program and serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Yale University Colloquium in Healthcare.

Regional Accreditation

Moving from National to Regional Accreditation

WASC's Assessment Leadership Academy is a competitive program, selecting only approximately 30 participants each year. The Academy focused on everything from practical skills to the history, philosophy, and politics behind the contemporary assessment movement. Participants learned from nationally recognized leaders in higher education such as Peter Ewell, Trudy Banta, Jillian Kinzie, Kathleen Yancey, and John Tagg.
